1. ayut - a signal, by scratching someone lightly with the tip of a finger.

2. ayut - scrap

ngayut gerut - to scape residue of rice that sticks to the bottom of pot.
nayut - scraped
gayut lajang - metal scraper to scrap burned residue that sticks to the bottom of a pot.
