Neteng

'neteng' was a chant by the village shaman to invoke the spirits or the 'keniu' to appear at a ritual. 

Some examples when the shaman would 'neteng':

• neteng ngae' me ngeraad
• neteng ngae' me ngerang
• neteng keniu inan kedta rayeh
• neteng keniu bubuh ruma'
